Unfortunately, the one thing that bothers me is not enough cushioning in the toe area. I have fat pad atrophy, neuromas, metatarsalgia and also the bottom of my toes need cushioning. Any ideas to help with adding cushioning to the toe area?

Topos are my go-to athletic shoe. Hokas were too narrow for me, overjoyed to find these thanks to your original review. Haven’t tried this model yet, looking forward to it. Also, I get the men’s wide, they’re a bit more spacious than the women’s. Thanks for all the work you put into this site, it’s been very helpful over the years.
